This is the first part of a unique guitar school, consisting of two dozen different exercises to warm up your hands before diving into the world of crazy riffs and speeds. GuitarPro 7 (.gp) tabs for all exercises are included. Pre-workout covers all of the warmup exercises you could ever need.
There are a wide range of different exercises so you may find the best way to use this section to try one or two different exercises each day. If you know you’re going to be playing something specific you can pick a warmup exercise to match.
