Robben Ford is a truly exceptional guitarist and it is just a great pleasure to watch him perform. His ability to really play the blues and also bring some jazz influences into the picture in a very tasteful way, make his style unique and very enjoyable.
The DVD is 3 hours in length and was originally available as 2 VHS tapes. This DVD is a quality production in sound and picture. His demonstrations of rhythm playing and soloing and improvising ideas are very enjoyable to watch/listen to. While his instruction is for more advanced guitarists, it is inspiring and enlightening for guitarists of any level. So much to learn and it is exhilerating watching and listening to him play. You cant help but pick up something everytime you watch, be it theoretical or practical. This is wonderfull stuff for any blues or jazz player. His playing execution is an example to us all.
