Lynyrd Skynyrd stands as one of the greatest rock 'n' roll bands of all time, with strong songs fuled by creative and incendiary guitar work. The triple-guitar onslaught of Allen Collins' Gibson Firebird, Gary Rossington's Les Paul, and Ed King's Fender Stratt (later played by Steve Gaines) created a unique sound. The Learn to play eight classic hits by the great blues rockers Lynyrd Skynyrd, all taught to you in note-by-note detail by Greg Koch.
Greg is an Excellent teacher. His lessons are both challenging and enjoyable. Probably best for a player with more experience. All in all, terrific, Be prepared to work hard. In addition, not many great players are gifted teachers. He is. Mr. Koch is smart, funny and knowledgeable. You will come away feeling accomplished.
Koch at the helm showing the licks, and tricks if you will, of the southern-fried rock juggernaut. His style and virtuosity remain unchanged from the previous two installments that highlighted the style of Stevie Ray Vaughan. Funny, and sometimes frightening, Koch hits on every nuance required to replicate the King/Collins/Rossington/Gates power-quad.
