Heads Up 2007

Here is a question for you. What do Tommy Aldridge, Gorden Campbell, Lil’ Mike Mitchell, C.G. Rhyche, Derico Watson, Danny Seraphine, Aaron Spears and Zoro have in common?
Well they are all drummers, but I know you knew that already. The real answer is that they all took part in the 2007 Drummer’s for Jesus event.
This DVD is part drumming contest, who is the best? It is also a celebration of inspirational music. Non denominational, but never the less uplifting. It certainly makes a nice change from the rap crap that seems to have pervaded every corner of the music scene today.
Drummers For Jesus was formed in Dallas, Texas in 2002. Drummers for Jesus is a world wide network of drummers and percussionists who use their drumming to spread the message of Jesus Christ.
While this message may be a little strong for me, I can honestly say that this is a very delightful DVD. Every act that is featured does a very competent job.
